The satin feels genuinely soft against my skin, and the lace trim along the edges is a nice touch without being scratchy. I wore these under a fitted dress all day and forgot I had them on. The cotton gusset is a small detail but it makes a difference.
The adjustable waistband with the little ring slider is such a nice touch, it actually stays put instead of digging in. And the cotton gusset makes it wearable all day, which is rare for something this pretty.
