The satin is so soft it doesn't cling or ride up, and the side split makes walking around all day actually comfortable. I wore these to a picnic and got three compliments before lunch.
The lace trim along the hem is such a pretty contrast against the satin, and the side split keeps it from feeling stiff. Wore these to a garden party and got compliments all night.
I was worried the satin would feel cheap but it's actually really soft, and the lace trim adds a nice vintage touch without looking fussy. Wore them all day at a picnic and the gathering at the top kept everything comfortable.
